WHY BUY LAND?

With so much uncertainty in the world today, owning land can be your best investment. Land that can provide you shelter, security and sustainability. A place to go that's well hidden and private, yet still close to town. With inflation running rampant, your money in the bank is losing significant value annually and providing little security. Buying stock is always a gamble and investing in a business can also be daunting and time consuming, with no guaranty of success. This property is priced well below other parcels far more inferior to this. As low as fifty percent less than comparable parcels! Located west of Pioneertown in Southern California and just over an hour from Palm Springs. At over 5000 foot altitude, there are many sunshine days making this a perfect off grid home site with water accessibility. There are already three neighbors surrounding the property that have built custom off grid, second homes. Pictured here is a neighbor on the 40 acre parcel touching the north side of the property.

Massive Joshua trees, Pinion and Juniper pines, Yucca and a variety of desert flora and fauna.

With a one mile border along the eastern side of San Bernardino National Forest and BLM land touching north and south side, you have thousands of acres to explore in your back yard!
